Emfood is a Dutch family company founded in 1987. We represent Germany's largest starch producer, the Emsland Group. The factories only process potatoes and peas to natural and sustainable ingredients. We supply ingredients for the food industry, animal feed, and engineering.
Emfood supplies a wide range of pea and potato products, such as native and modified potato starch and pea starch, potato fibre, pea fibre, potato protein, pea protein and potato flakes and potato granules.
